Sunset Ridge is a small development situated less than 1/2 a mile from the junction of Interstate 4 and Highway 27, making it perfect for accessing all amenities and attractions in Orlando, and both Gulf of Mexico & Atlantic coasts.

The development consists of private homes in a gated community. This means that there is a secure gated entrance to the community. The majority of the residents are local inhabitants who live in Orlando all year round. So you really are staying in a residential area giving you a taste of real Florida living rather than the pure vacation developments that lack any atmosphere that are common elsewhere in Orlando.

Sunset Ridge is a completed development and as such there is no construction activity to disturb you.

If you have been to Orlando before you will know that both Highway 27 and Interstate 4 give quick and easy access to all attractions in Orlando and beyond. From leaving the villa you be entering the gates of Disney within 10 minutes! Universal Studios and Sea World are just another five or ten minutes up the road.

Restaurants and shopping facilities are close by, with a number within walking distance. Within a short drive you have more restaurants than you could possibly have time to visit with a selection wider than can be found anywhere else in the world!

Numerous top quality golf courses are within minutes, inc., the Greg Norman designed Championsgate, Ridgewood Lakes and the award winning Southern Dunes among many.

Orlando is a shoppers paradise with an incredible range of malls within a 30 minute radius, with many providing goods at incredibly low prices.

Further a field you can head down to the white sandy beaches of the gulf coast for the day where Clearwater and St. Petersburgh are within easy reach. For a theme park with a difference try Busch Gardens, where dads will welcome the free Budweiser samples!

Heading east, take a drive on Daytona Beach, or Cape Canaveral for a not to be missed visit to the Kennedy Space Center.

Don't be fooled - central Florida has far more than just modern attractions, try beautiful Mount Dora and Dead River to the north west of Orlando, or the Greek town of Tarpon Springs on the gulf coast where they continue to dive for natural sponges to this day, or for garden lovers the oasis that is Bok Gardens.

I have many years experience of visiting Florida and would be pleased to answer any questions that you may have.
