On entering the kitchen from the front archway from the living room you enter the breakfast nook area, which contains a circular table complete with 4 chairs.

To the rear of the kitchen is a large utility cupboard, containing a washing machine, tumble dryer and shelving for storage. There is also direct access to the large double garage (one where you can actually open the doors to your car!).
The kitchen is large and has plenty of space for everyone to muck in. On the side wall there a large refrigerator with its integral icemaker – essential! work surfaces, storage cupboards, and a large cooker, and microwave.

Opposite are further work surfaces and cupboards that form a peninsular unit return which contains a dishwasher, and sink complete with garbage disposal unit.

Between the kitchen and main dining area there is a breakfast bar with stools. The telephone is situated here, which allows free local calls. We recommend that you purchase a pre paid phone card for long distance and international calls. This both the cheapest way to call and you can also use the house phone.

The kitchen is fully equipped with every utensil that you would need from cutlery, plates, cups, glasses etc for 8 persons. In addition you will find a coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.

From the rear of the living area there is a further archway which leads into the area between the kitchen and dining area.

There is a large family room, which we have utilised as a dining area, complete with dining table and chairs. An additional television which can be viewed from the kitchen as well. This television comes complete with a Playstation 2, selection of games and the essential players beanbag.    

The room has a large window overlooking the pool deck.
